Q: what safety measures is the salon taking to prevent
the spread of COVID-19?
A: Currently we are operating as safely as possible while following CDC guidelines. Our team is vaccinated and we continue to practice stringent cleaning and sanitation. As always, please do not visit the salon if you are sick or have had exposure to someone who is sick. At this time we are asking all of our unvaccinated clients to wear a mask - for vaccinated clients masks are optional. We are thankful for our small, private space where one-on-one appointments are available for anyone with any concerns and are happy to accommodate those concerns.

Q: what's the vibe like?
A: we're a small salon, and like to keep things pretty chill. we've got drinks, snacks and a comfy place to sit if you're going to be with us for a while. overall, we want you to feel comfortable and relax while we help you look and feel your best!

Q: can I bring my kids with me to my appointment?
A: we love the little ones, but sometimes a salon isn't a super safe place for them to be unattended. if you have someone who can keep an eye on them or they're easily entertained during the time you'll be with us, no problem. just remember there are hot, sharp and breakable things in the salon and we want you to be able to relax when you're with us.

Q: what if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: we totally get that things change or something might come up after you book an appointment. all we ask is that you let us know ASAP. sometimes we have a waitlist for other clients waiting to get their ideal appointment time and we want to be able to offer it up to them if you need to reschedule or cancel. no call, no shows are subject to cancellation fees out of respect to our stylist's time.

Q: I'm ready to book but don't know what services I need?
A: reach out to us by phone or email and we can help guide you to what service option will be best for you! if you're really unsure or you have a big change in mind, we are always happy to have a complimentary consultation with you before booking so that we know exactly how much time will be needed.

Q: do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment?
A: because we are a small salon, we mostly work by appointment, but this doesn't mean we won't take a walk-in if we're available! we recommend an appointment so that you'll get the attention you deserve but are always happy to fit something in last minute when available.
